Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature and volatility of the collectibles industry, all sales are final. We cannot issue a refund or exchange for an item that is purchased under any circumstance. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item doesn't match the advertised condition or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as physically possible. It is expected that any issues will be reported within 48 hours of tracking confirmation to prevent fraud. Please - let us know immediately.

We currently are not offering pre orders due to the volatility and unpredictability of fulfillment times.
